CONSULTATION POLICY
We provide clients with one free 30-minute consultation. we will discuss the details of your professional or brand development needs, the JMM Consulting Agency process and answer any questions you may have regarding our services. Consultations can be held via Zoom video conferencing, over the phone or in-person (in-person consultations are currently only available to Tennessee clients).
TURNAROUND POLICY
Turnaround times for professional development services are 48-72 hours. Turnaround times for website design services are 21 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays. Turnaround times for content creation, brand development, and social media management services are outlined in the agreement documents provided to the client.
REFUND POLICY
All Sales are final for professional development, content creation, and brand development services. Terms and conditions for refunds regarding website design, social media management, and speaking engagement services are outlined in the agreement document provided to the client.
