Jamie specifically focused on having our class use thought and strategy provoking topics to create efficient solutions for the people that we ultimately serve. I've been in sessions where they try to do it and in most aren't as efficient as Jamie was. She allowed for individual thinkers and speakers to share their thoughts but also encouraged those same people to use their abilities and talents among and with their peers. I definitely recommend using her trainings as a means of becoming a better and more well rounded professional.
